2. What data we process
a) Contact and reservation form
When you complete the “I’m interested” or “No-obligation reservation” form, we process the data you provide: full name, email address, phone number, an optional message, and the villa you are interested in.
b) Cookies and analytics
If you grant consent in the cookie bar, we process data about your visit through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (for example a pseudonymous identifier, pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location). Without your consent these tools are not loaded.

4. Recipients and processors
We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- The internal AMANI World team — form enquiries are sent to sales@amaniestate.com and info@amaniproperty.com.
- Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and processing of submitted forms (processor).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 (only with consent).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel (only with consent).
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). In that case the transfer is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention period
- Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, and for a maximum of 24 months, unless a contractual relationship is established or you withdraw your consent sooner.
- Data processed on the basis of consent (analytics, marketing) is processed until you withdraw consent, or according to the lifetime of the relevant cookies.
6. Cookies
On your first visit we ask for consent to analytics and marketing cookies. Essential technical cookies needed for the website to function may be used without consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site or by contacting us at sales@amaniestate.com.
